We’re Here! Ah Yes, Chicago!
Imagine yourself in the middle of some random BIG city and you will now call a High School your home for the next 8 DAYS!!!! Yes, it’s shocking! And down right scary - but, thank you God so much for placing us in a very uncomfortable spot. First, we are staying in a classroom - imagine 17 boys/men sharing a classroom (the smells, the heat, and you know the foot aroma). Second, I can honestly say the walk to the guys shower is literally..no joke…5 minutes from our classroom too. And best of all, there are a few “ravaging snorers” that will keep the group up all week (no names mentioned). I can’t wait to get this thing started. Yes, I am pumped! I can’t wait to see how God works in and through some of the most uncomfortable situations in our group. More to come! Safe, jacked up, and ready God - let’s GO!
